22 And you his son,[1] Belshazzar, have not humbled your heart, though you knew all this, (2Ch 33:23; Da 5:1)

22 ‘But you, Belshazzar, his son,[1] have not humbled yourself, though you knew all this.

22 ‘But you knew all that, Belshazzar. After all, you are Nebuchadnezzar’s son. In spite of that, you are still proud.
