4 And the herald proclaimed aloud, “You are commanded, O peoples, nations, and languages, (Da 3:29; Da 4:1; Da 4:14; Da 5:7; Da 5:19; Da 6:25; Da 7:14; Re 5:9; Re 18:2)

4 Then the herald loudly proclaimed, ‘Nations and peoples of every language, this is what you are commanded to do:
