English Standard Version

19 Then he shall turn his face back toward the fortresses of his own land, but he shall stumble and fall, and shall not be found. (Job 20:8; Ps 37:36; Jer 46:6; Eze 26:21; Da 11:7; Da 11:10; Da 11:38) 

New International Version

19 After this, he will turn back towards the fortresses of his own country but will stumble and fall, to be seen no more. 

New International Reader’s Version

19 After this, the king of Syria will return to the forts in his own country. But he will trip and fall. And he will never be seen again. 

King James Version

19 Then he shall turn his face toward the fort of his own land: but he shall stumble and fall, and not be found.
