Daniel 10:12

12 Then he said to me, “Fear not, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand and humbled yourself before your God, your words have been heard, and I have come because of your words. (Jud 6:23; Da 9:3; Da 9:23; Da 10:19; Ac 10:4; Re 1:17) 

New International Version

12 Then he continued, ‘Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. 

New International Reader’s Version

12 He continued, ‘Do not be afraid, Daniel. You decided to get more understanding. You made yourself humble as you worshipped your God. Since the first day you did those things, your words were heard. I have come to give you an answer. 

King James Version

12 Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.
