Colossians 3:22

English Standard Version

22 Bondservants, obey in everything those who are your earthly masters,[1] not by way of eye-service, as people-pleasers, but with sincerity of heart, fearing the Lord. (Col 3:20) 

New International Version

22 Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything; and do it, not only when their eye is on you and to curry their favour, but with sincerity of heart and reverence for the Lord. 

New International Reader’s Version

22 Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything. Don’t do it just to please them when they are watching you. Obey them with an honest heart. Do it out of respect for the Lord.

22 Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God:
