Amos 8:12

English Standard Version

12 They shall wander from sea to sea, and from north to east; they shall run to and fro, to seek the word of the Lord, but they shall not find it. (Am 4:8; Am 8:11) 

New International Version

12 People will stagger from sea to sea and wander from north to east, searching for the word of the Lord, but they will not find it. 

New International Reader’s Version

12 People will wander from the Dead Sea to the Mediterranean. They will travel from north to east. They will look for a message from me. But they will not find it. 

King James Version

12 And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it .
