Amos 5:12

English Standard Version

12 For I know how many are your transgressions and how great are your sins— you who afflict the righteous, who take a bribe, and turn aside the needy in the gate. (1Sa 8:3; 1Sa 12:3; Ps 26:10; Isa 29:21; Am 2:7; Am 5:10) 

New International Version

12 For I know how many are your offences and how great your sins. There are those who oppress the innocent and take bribes and deprive the poor of justice in the courts. 

New International Reader’s Version

12 I know how many crimes you have committed. You have sinned far too much. Among you are people who crush those who have done no wrong. They accept money from people who want special favours. They take away the rights of poor people in the courts. 

King James Version

12 For I know your manifold transgressions and your mighty sins: they afflict the just, they take a bribe, and they turn aside the poor in the gate from their right .
