4 “Come to Bethel, and transgress; to Gilgal, and multiply transgression; bring your sacrifices every morning, your tithes every three days; (Nu 28:3; Jer 7:21; Eze 20:39; Ho 4:15; Ho 9:15; Ho 12:11; Am 5:5; Mt 23:32)

4 ‘Go to Bethel and sin; go to Gilgal and sin yet more. Bring your sacrifices every morning, your tithes every three years.[1] 

New International Reader’s Version

4 ‘People of Samaria, go to Bethel and sin! Go to Gilgal! Sin there even more! Bring your sacrifices every morning. Every third year, bring a tenth of everything you produce.
