Amos 3:15

English Standard Version

15 I will strike the winter house along with the summer house, and the houses of ivory shall perish, and the great houses[1] shall come to an end,” declares the Lord. (Jud 3:20; 1Ki 22:39; Ps 45:8; Jer 36:22; Am 6:11) 

New International Version

15 I will tear down the winter house along with the summer house; the houses adorned with ivory will be destroyed and the mansions will be demolished,’ declares the Lord. 

New International Reader’s Version

15 I will tear down their winter houses. I will also pull down their summer houses. The houses they have decorated with ivory will be destroyed. And their princely houses will be torn down,’ announces the LORD. 

King James Version

15 And I will smite the winter house with the summer house; and the houses of ivory shall perish, and the great houses shall have an end, saith the LORD.
