13 “Hear, and testify against the house of Jacob,” declares the Lord God, the God of hosts, (Ps 50:7; Ps 80:4; Ps 80:7; Ps 80:14; Ps 81:8; Am 4:13)

13 ‘Hear this and testify against the descendants of Jacob,’ declares the Lord, the Lord God Almighty.
