1 But Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest (Ps 27:12; Ac 8:3; Ac 9:13; Ac 9:21; Ac 22:5; Ac 26:10)

1 Meanwhile, Saul was still breathing out murderous threats against the Lord’s disciples. He went to the high priest

1 Meanwhile, Saul continued to oppose the Lord’s followers. He said they would be put to death. He went to the high priest.
