33 There he found a man named Aeneas, bedridden for eight years, who was paralyzed. 

New International Version

33 There he found a man named Aeneas, who was paralysed and had been bedridden for eight years. 

New International Reader’s Version

33 There he found a disabled man named Aeneas. For eight years the man had spent most of his time in bed. 

King James Version

33 And there he found a certain man named Aeneas, which had kept his bed eight years, and was sick of the palsy.
