12 But when they believed Philip as he preached good news about the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women. (Mr 16:16; Ac 1:3; Ac 16:33; Ac 18:8)

12 But when they believed Philip as he proclaimed the good news of the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptised, both men and women. 

New International Reader’s Version

12 But Philip announced the good news of God’s kingdom and the name of Jesus Christ. So men and women believed and were baptised. 

King James Version

12 But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.
