14 But seeing the man who was healed standing beside them, they had nothing to say in opposition. (Lu 21:15; Ac 3:11) 

New International Version

14 But since they could see the man who had been healed standing there with them, there was nothing they could say. 

New International Reader’s Version

14 The leaders could see the man who had been healed. He was standing there with them. So there was nothing they could say.

14 And beholding the man which was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it.
