18 But what God foretold by the mouth of all the prophets, that his Christ would suffer, he thus fulfilled. (Mt 17:12; Lu 9:20; Lu 22:15; Lu 24:26; Lu 24:46; Ac 2:23; Ac 17:3; Ac 26:22; Heb 2:10; Heb 13:12) 

New International Version

18 But this is how God fulfilled what he had foretold through all the prophets, saying that his Messiah would suffer. 

New International Reader’s Version

18 But God had given a promise through all the prophets. And this is how he has made his promise come true. He said that his Messiah would suffer. 

King James Version

18 But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.
