Acts 2:20

English Standard Version

20 the sun shall be turned to darkness and the moon to blood, before the day of the Lord comes, the great and magnificent day. (Mt 24:29; 1Th 5:2; Re 16:14) 

New International Version

20 The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord. 

New International Reader’s Version

20 The sun will become dark. The moon will turn red like blood. This will happen before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord.
