12 Then Festus, when he had conferred with his council, answered, “To Caesar you have appealed; to Caesar you shall go.” 

New International Version

12 After Festus had conferred with his council, he declared: ‘You have appealed to Caesar. To Caesar you will go!’

12 Festus talked it over with the members of his court. Then he said, ‘You have made an appeal to Caesar. To Caesar you will go!’
