22 So the tribune dismissed the young man, charging him, “Tell no one that you have informed me of these things.” 

New International Version

22 The commander dismissed the young man with this warning: ‘Don’t tell anyone that you have reported this to me.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

22 The commanding officer let the young man go. But he gave him a warning. ‘Don’t tell anyone you have reported this to me,’ he said. 

King James Version

22 So the chief captain then let the young man depart, and charged him, See thou tell no man that thou hast shewed these things to me.
