19 serving the Lord with all humility and with tears and with trials that happened to me through the plots of the Jews; (Ac 20:3; Ac 20:31; Ro 12:11; 2Co 2:4; Eph 4:2; Php 3:18; Col 3:24; 1Th 2:6)

19 I served the Lord with great humility and with tears and in the midst of severe testing by the plots of my Jewish opponents. 

New International Reader’s Version

19 I served the Lord with tears and without pride. I served him when I was greatly tested. I was tested by the evil plans of the Jews who disagreed with me.
