3 About the ninth hour of the day[1] he saw clearly in a vision an angel of God come in and say to him, “Cornelius.” (Ac 3:1; Ac 8:26; Ac 10:17; Ac 10:19) 

New International Version

3 One day at about three in the afternoon he had a vision. He distinctly saw an angel of God, who came to him and said, ‘Cornelius!’ 

New International Reader’s Version

3 One day about three o’clock in the afternoon he had a vision. He saw clearly an angel of God. The angel came to him and said, ‘Cornelius!’ 

King James Version

3 He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius.
