2 Timothy 4:1

English Standard Version

1 I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom: (Ac 10:42; 2Th 2:8; 1Ti 5:21; 1Ti 6:13; 2Ti 2:14; 2Ti 4:8) 

New International Version

1 In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge: 

New International Reader’s Version

1 I give you a command in the sight of God and Christ Jesus. Christ will judge the living and the dead. Because he and his kingdom are coming, here is the command I give you.
