3 The God of Israel has spoken; the Rock of Israel has said to me: When one rules justly over men, ruling in the fear of God, (Ex 18:21; 2Sa 22:2; 2Sa 22:32; 2Sa 22:47; 2Ch 19:7; 2Ch 19:9)
