16 And each caught his opponent by the head and thrust his sword in his opponent’s side, so they fell down together. Therefore that place was called Helkath-hazzurim,[1] which is at Gibeon.

New International Version

16 Then each man grabbed his opponent by the head and thrust his dagger into his opponent’s side, and they fell down together. So that place in Gibeon was called Helkath Hazzurim.[1]

New International Reader’s Version

16 Each man grabbed one of his enemies by the head. Each one stuck his dagger into the other man’s side. And all of them fell down together and died. So that place in Gibeon was named Helkath Hazzurim.

King James Version

16 And they caught every one his fellow by the head, and thrust his sword in his fellow' side; so they fell down together: wherefore that place was called Helkathhazzurim, which is in Gibeon.
