2 Kings 8:10

English Standard Version

10 And Elisha said to him, “Go, say to him, ‘You shall certainly recover,’ but[1] the Lord has shown me that he shall certainly die.” (2Ki 8:14; 2Ki 8:15) 

New International Version

10 Elisha answered, ‘Go and say to him, “You will certainly recover.” Nevertheless,[1] the Lord has revealed to me that he will in fact die.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

10 Elisha answered, ‘Go and tell him, “Yes. You will get well again.” But the LORD has shown me that he will in fact die.’ 

King James Version

10 And Elisha said unto him, Go, say unto him, Thou mayest certainly recover: howbeit the LORD hath shewed me that he shall surely die.
