14 And I will forsake the remnant of my heritage and give them into the hand of their enemies, and they shall become a prey and a spoil to all their enemies, 

New International Version

14 I will forsake the remnant of my inheritance and give them into the hands of enemies. They will be looted and plundered by all their enemies; 

New International Reader’s Version

14 I will desert those who remain among my people. I will hand them over to their enemies. All their enemies will rob them.
