2 Kings 2:15

English Standard Version

15 Now when the sons of the prophets who were at Jericho saw him opposite them, they said, “The spirit of Elijah rests on Elisha.” And they came to meet him and bowed to the ground before him. (2Ki 2:3) 

New International Version

15 The company of the prophets from Jericho, who were watching, said, ‘The spirit of Elijah is resting on Elisha.’ And they went to meet him and bowed to the ground before him. 

New International Reader’s Version

15 The group of prophets from Jericho were watching. They said, ‘The spirit of Elijah has been given to Elisha.’ They went over to Elisha. They bowed down to him with their faces towards the ground. 

King James Version

15 And when the sons of the prophets which were to view at Jericho saw him, they said, The spirit of Elijah doth rest on Elisha. And they came to meet him, and bowed themselves to the ground before him.
