2 Kings 18:32

English Standard Version

32 until I come and take you away to a land like your own land, a land of grain and wine, a land of bread and vineyards, a land of olive trees and honey, that you may live, and not die. And do not listen to Hezekiah when he misleads you by saying, “The Lord will deliver us.” (Ex 3:8; De 8:7)

New International Version

32 until I come and take you to a land like your own – a land of grain and new wine, a land of bread and vineyards, a land of olive trees and honey. Choose life and not death! ‘Do not listen to Hezekiah, for he is misleading you when he says, “The Lord will deliver us.”

New International Reader’s Version

32 You will do that until I come back. Then I’ll take you to a land just like yours. It’s a land that has a lot of corn and fresh wine. It has plenty of bread and vineyards. It has olive trees and honey. So choose life! Don’t choose death!” ‘Don’t pay any attention to Hezekiah. He’s telling you a lie when he says, “The LORD will save us.”

King James Version

32 Until I come and take you away to a land like your own land, a land of corn and wine, a land of bread and vineyards, a land of oil olive and of honey, that ye may live, and not die: and hearken not unto Hezekiah, when he persuadeth you, saying, The LORD will deliver us.
