2 Kings 17:14

English Standard Version

14 But they would not listen, but were stubborn, as their fathers had been, who did not believe in the Lord their God. (De 9:6; De 31:27; 2Ch 30:8; Ac 7:51) 

New International Version

14 But they would not listen and were as stiff-necked as their ancestors, who did not trust in the Lord their God. 

New International Reader’s Version

14 But the people wouldn’t listen. They were as stubborn as their people of long ago had been. Those people didn’t trust in the LORD their God. 

King James Version

14 Notwithstanding they would not hear, but hardened their necks, like to the neck of their fathers, that did not believe in the LORD their God.
