English Standard Version

13 Shallum the son of Jabesh began to reign in the thirty-ninth year of Uzziah[1] king of Judah, and he reigned one month in Samaria. (1Ki 16:24; 2Ki 15:1) 

New International Version

13 Shallum son of Jabesh became king in the thirty-ninth year of Uzziah king of Judah, and he reigned in Samaria for one month. 

New International Reader’s Version

13 Shallum became king of Israel. It was in the 39th year that Uzziah was king of Judah. Shallum ruled in Samaria for one month. He was the son of Jabesh. 

King James Version

13 Shallum the son of Jabesh began to reign in the nine and thirtieth year of Uzziah king of Judah; and he reigned a full month in Samaria.
