2 Kings 11:8

English Standard Version

8 shall surround the king, each with his weapons in his hand. And whoever approaches the ranks is to be put to death. Be with the king when he goes out and when he comes in.” (Nu 27:17) 

New International Version

8 Station yourselves round the king, each of you with weapon in hand. Anyone who approaches your ranks[1] is to be put to death. Stay close to the king wherever he goes.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

8 Station yourselves around the king. Each of you must have his weapon in his hand. Anyone else who approaches your groups must be put to death. Stay close to the king no matter where he goes.’ 

King James Version

8 And ye shall compass the king round about, every man with his weapons in his hand: and he that cometh within the ranges, let him be slain: and be ye with the king as he goeth out and as he cometh in.
