2 Kings 1:8

English Standard Version

8 They answered him, “He wore a garment of hair, with a belt of leather about his waist.” And he said, “It is Elijah the Tishbite.” (Zec 13:4; Mt 3:4; Mr 1:6) 

New International Version

8 They replied, ‘He had a garment of hair[1] and had a leather belt round his waist.’ The king said, ‘That was Elijah the Tishbite.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

8 They replied, ‘He was wearing clothes made out of hair. He had a leather belt around his waist.’ The king said, ‘That was Elijah from Tishbe.’ 

King James Version

8 And they answered him, He was an hairy man, and girt with a girdle of leather about his loins. And he said, It is Elijah the Tishbite.
