11 Is not Hezekiah misleading you, that he may give you over to die by famine and by thirst, when he tells you, “The Lord our God will deliver us from the hand of the king of Assyria”? 

New International Version

11 When Hezekiah says, “The Lord our God will save us from the hand of the king of Assyria,” he is misleading you, to let you die of hunger and thirst. 

New International Reader’s Version

11 Hezekiah says, ‘The LORD our God will save us from the power of the king of Assyria.’ But he isn’t telling you the truth. If you listen to him, you will die of hunger and thirst. 

King James Version

11 Doth not Hezekiah persuade you to give over yourselves to die by famine and by thirst, saying, The LORD our God shall deliver us out of the hand of the king of Assyria?
