English Standard Version

9 And Jotham slept with his fathers, and they buried him in the city of David, and Ahaz his son reigned in his place. 

New International Version

9 Jotham rested with his ancestors and was buried in the City of David. And Ahaz his son succeeded him as king. 

New International Reader’s Version

9 Jotham joined the members of his family who had already died. He was buried in the City of David. Jotham’s son Ahaz became the next king after him. 

King James Version

9 And Jotham slept with his fathers, and they buried him in the city of David: and Ahaz his son reigned in his stead.
