English Standard Version

11 But Amaziah took courage and led out his people and went to the Valley of Salt and struck down 10,000 men of Seir. (2Ki 14:7; 2Ch 20:10) 

New International Version

11 Amaziah then marshalled his strength and led his army to the Valley of Salt, where he killed ten thousand men of Seir. 

New International Reader’s Version

11 Then Amaziah showed how strong he was. He led his army to the Valley of Salt. There he killed 10,000 men of Seir. 

King James Version

11 And Amaziah strengthened himself, and led forth his people, and went to the valley of salt, and smote of the children of Seir ten thousand.
