2 But Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him and said to King Jehoshaphat, “Should you help the wicked and love those who hate the Lord? Because of this, wrath has gone out against you from the Lord. (1Sa 9:9; 1Ki 16:1; 2Ch 16:7; 2Ch 18:1; 2Ch 19:10; 2Ch 20:34; 2Ch 20:37; 2Ch 24:18; 2Ch 32:25; Ps 139:21) 

New International Version

2 Jehu the seer, the son of Hanani, went out to meet him and said to the king, ‘Should you help the wicked and love[1] those who hate the Lord? Because of this, the wrath of the Lord is on you. 

New International Reader’s Version

2 Jehu the prophet went out to meet him. He was the son of Hanani. Jehu said to the king, ‘You shouldn’t help evil people. You shouldn’t love those who hate the LORD. The LORD is angry with you. 

King James Version

2 And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him, and said to king Jehoshaphat, Shouldest thou help the ungodly, and love them that hate the LORD? therefore is wrath upon thee from before the LORD.
