5 and constant friction among people who are depraved in mind and deprived of the truth, imagining that godliness is a means of gain. (Eph 4:22; 2Ti 3:8; Tit 1:11; Tit 1:15; 2Pe 2:3) 

New International Version

5 and constant friction between people of corrupt mind, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to financial gain.

5 It stirs up trouble all the time among people whose minds are twisted by sin. The truth they once had has been taken away from them. They think they can get rich by being godly.

5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.
