10 For to this end we toil and strive,[1] because we have our hope set on the living God, who is the Savior of all people, especially of those who believe. (Joh 4:42; 1Ti 2:4) 

New International Version

10 That is why we labour and strive, because we have put our hope in the living God, who is the Saviour of all people, and especially of those who believe. 

New International Reader’s Version

10 This is why we work and try so hard. It’s because we have put our hope in the living God. He is the Saviour of all people. Most of all, he is the Saviour of those who believe.

10 For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.
