English Standard Version

7 Moreover, he must be well thought of by outsiders, so that he may not fall into disgrace, into a snare of the devil. (Mr 4:11; 1Ti 6:9; 2Ti 2:26) 

New International Version

7 He must also have a good reputation with outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the devil’s trap. 

New International Reader’s Version

7 The leader must also be respected by those who are outside the church. Then he will not be put to shame. He will not fall into the devil’s trap. 

King James Version

7 Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.
