1 Timothy 1:20

English Standard Version

20 among whom are Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom I have handed over to Satan that they may learn not to blaspheme. (Ac 13:45; 1Co 5:5; 2Ti 2:17; 2Ti 4:14) 

New International Version

20 Among them are Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom I have handed over to Satan to be taught not to blaspheme. 

New International Reader’s Version

20 Hymenaeus and Alexander are among them. I have handed them over to Satan. That will teach them not to speak evil things against God. 

King James Version

20 Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme.
