19 And his mother used to make for him a little robe and take it to him each year when she went up with her husband to offer the yearly sacrifice. (1Sa 1:3) 

New International Version

19 Each year his mother made him a little robe and took it to him when she went up with her husband to offer the annual sacrifice. 

New International Reader’s Version

19 Each year his mother made him a little robe. She took it to him when she went up to Shiloh with her husband. She did it when her husband went to offer the yearly sacrifice. 

King James Version

19 Moreover his mother made him a little coat, and brought it to him from year to year, when she came up with her husband to offer the yearly sacrifice.
