13 The three oldest sons of Jesse had followed Saul to the battle. And the names of his three sons who went to the battle were Eliab the firstborn, and next to him Abinadab, and the third Shammah. (1Sa 16:6; 1Sa 16:8; 1Ch 2:13) 

New International Version

13 Jesse’s three eldest sons had followed Saul to the war: the firstborn was Eliab; the second, Abinadab; and the third, Shammah. 

New International Reader’s Version

13 Jesse’s three eldest sons had followed Saul into battle. The eldest son was Eliab. The second was Abinadab. The third was Shammah. 

King James Version

13 And the three eldest sons of Jesse went and followed Saul to the battle: and the names of his three sons that went to the battle were Eliab the firstborn, and next unto him Abinadab, and the third Shammah.
