29 And also the Glory of Israel will not lie or have regret, for he is not a man, that he should have regret.” (Nu 23:19; Eze 24:14) 

New International Version

29 He who is the Glory of Israel does not lie or change his mind; for he is not a human being, that he should change his mind.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

29 The God who is the Glory of Israel does not lie. He doesn’t change his mind. That’s because he isn’t a mere human being. If he were, he might change his mind.’ 

King James Version

29 And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent: for he is not a man, that he should repent.
