14 But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you will be blessed. Have no fear of them, nor be troubled, (Isa 8:12; Mt 5:10; Mt 10:28; Joh 14:1; Joh 14:27; 1Pe 2:19; 1Pe 3:6; 1Pe 4:14; 1Pe 4:16)

14 But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. ‘Do not fear their threats[1]; do not be frightened.’ (Isa 8:12)

14 But suppose you do suffer for doing what is right. Even then you will be blessed. Scripture says, ‘Don’t fear what others say they will do to hurt you. Don’t be afraid.’ (Isa 8:12)
