18 Servants, be subject to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle but also to the unjust. (Eph 6:5; Col 3:22; 1Ti 6:1; Tit 2:9)

18 Slaves, in reverent fear of God submit yourselves to your masters, not only to those who are good and considerate, but also to those who are harsh.

18 Slaves, obey your masters out of deep respect for God. Obey not only those who are good and kind. Obey also those who are not kind.
