17 And if you call on him as Father who judges impartially according to each one’s deeds, conduct yourselves with fear throughout the time of your exile, (Ps 62:12; Jer 3:19; Mal 1:6; Mt 6:9; Ro 11:20; 2Co 6:18; 2Co 7:1; Jas 2:1; 1Pe 3:15)

17 Since you call on a Father who judges each person’s work impartially, live out your time as foreigners here in reverent fear.

17 You call on a Father who judges each person’s work without favouring one over another. So live as outsiders during your time here. Live with the highest respect for God.
