19 Now the capitals that were on the tops of the pillars in the vestibule were of lily-work, four cubits. 

New International Version

19 The capitals on top of the pillars in the portico were in the shape of lilies, four cubits[1] high. 

New International Reader’s Version

19 The tops on the pillars of the porch were shaped like lilies. The lilies were 2 metres high. 

King James Version

19 And the chapiters that were upon the top of the pillars were of lily work in the porch, four cubits.
