1 Kings 6:22

English Standard Version

22 And he overlaid the whole house with gold, until all the house was finished. Also the whole altar that belonged to the inner sanctuary he overlaid with gold. (Ex 30:1; Ex 30:3; Ex 30:6) 

New International Version

22 So he overlaid the whole interior with gold. He also overlaid with gold the altar that belonged to the inner sanctuary. 

New International Reader’s Version

22 So Solomon covered the inside of the whole temple with gold. He also covered the altar for burning incense with gold. It was right in front of the Most Holy Room. 

King James Version

22 And the whole house he overlaid with gold, until he had finished all the house: also the whole altar that was by the oracle he overlaid with gold.
