16 besides Solomon’s 3,300 chief officers who were over the work, who had charge of the people who carried on the work. (1Ki 4:5; 1Ki 9:23) 

New International Version

16 as well as thirty-three hundred[1] foremen who supervised the project and directed the workers. (2Ch 2:2; 2Ch 2:18)

16 He had 3,300 men in charge of the project. They also instructed the workers.

16 Beside the chief of Solomon' officers which were over the work, three thousand and three hundred, which ruled over the people that wrought in the work.
