English Standard Version

22 Then the prophet came near to the king of Israel and said to him, “Come, strengthen yourself, and consider well what you have to do, for in the spring the king of Syria will come up against you.” (2Sa 11:1; 1Ki 20:13) 

New International Version

22 Afterwards, the prophet came to the king of Israel and said, ‘Strengthen your position and see what must be done, because next spring the king of Aram will attack you again.’ 

New International Reader’s Version

22 After that, the prophet came to the king of Israel again. The prophet said, ‘Make your position stronger. Do what needs to be done. Next spring the king of Aram will attack you again.’ 

King James Version

22 And the prophet came to the king of Israel, and said unto him, Go, strengthen thyself, and mark, and see what thou doest: for at the return of the year the king of Syria will come up against thee.
