English Standard Version

10 Then David slept with his fathers and was buried in the city of David. (1Ki 1:21; 1Ki 3:1; 1Ki 9:24; Ac 2:29; Ac 13:36) 

New International Version

10 Then David rested with his ancestors and was buried in the City of David. 

New International Reader’s Version

10 David joined the members of his family who had already died. He was buried in the City of David.
